PROMOTER
REQUIREMENTS
- If a Promoter only wants to use REGISTERED ISCF
Fighters on their event, they can find them in the ISCF
Rankings found by clicking HERE.
- MANDATORY SUBMISSION OF FIGHT CARD TO
ISCF
- Promoters/Matchmakers are required to e-mail (
info@iscfmma.com
) their "Preliminary" event fight card by **5:00 PM/PST the MONDAY prior to their event to the
ISCF.
- It should be sent in the regular TEXT area of the e-mail. NOT in a pdf
File, Excel File or other attached File.
- (**) LATE fight cards will be charged
a LATE Penalty Fee of $10 Per Fighter.
- NON REGISTERED ISCF FIGHTERS (Fighters Not Listed In ISCF
Rankings) ON FIGHT CARD
- For all NON REGISTERED ISCF Fighters
the promoter places on his/her fight card, the Promoter must include in his bout
list the following information for each new fighter:
- Fighters Name
- City
- State
- Country
- Fighters Fight Record in ALL FIGHT SPORTS: MMA, Kickboxing, Muay Thai,
Boxing.
- Weight
- Height
- Date of Birth
- Trainers Name
- Trainers contact number
- When promoter e-mails ( info@iscfmma.com ) this info to the ISCF it should be in the regular TEXT area of the
e-mail. NOT in a pdf File, Excel File or other attached File.
- When this information is sent, it should look EXACTLY like this in
this EXACT FORMAT!
- Bob Smith, Newcastle, California, USA, 2-1, 145,
5'10", 2-20-90, John Doe, (555) 555-5555.
- CHANGES IN FIGHT CARD ARE ALLOWED
- After submitting a "Preliminary" fight card by the 5:PM
Monday deadline, Promoters/matchmakers are allowed to change their fight cards
if fighters fall out or add in.
- Promoters must notify ISCF of any
such changes to the fight card the moment they happen so that they can be
updated on the promoters event listing on the ISCF Events Page.
- AMATEUR PROMOTERS
- If you are having an ALL AMATEUR event, you may want to check
first, before sending your fight card to the ISCF
to see if the fighter you want to book has ever fought as a pro. If so, he/she
will NOT be allowed to fight as an AMATEUR on your event. To do so, do a search
for their fight background by clicking
HERE.
- PROMOTERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PAY A
FIGHTERS $25.00 REGISTRATION FEE
- HOWEVER, If a Promoter elects to do so he/she must note this in
his/her e-mail to the ISCF and follow it
up with payment information (Credit Card, Western Union etc.)

RESERVED FIGHTER
- If a fighter does not "SELF REGISTER" and was Registered
by the event Promoter, this fighter can ONLY fight on the fight card of
the Promoter who registered the fighter with the ISCF.

- It is Mandatory for all ISCF
Promoters to keep watch of their fight card on the ISCF
Events page to see what color the ISCF has
assigned to each fighter after they have completed the fighter background check:
- All ISCF Registered Member Fighters
on the fight card are listed in GREEN
- All NON ISCF Registered
Member Fighters on this event fight card are listed in RED.
- To become an ISCF Registered Member
Fighter click HERE.
- Fighters listed in PURPLE means that
the ISCF has received their membership
form, but no membership fee.
- Fighters listed in BURGUNDY means
that the ISCF has received membership fee
but no membership form.
- Fighters listed in BLUE were found to
be Pro MMA fighters and CAN NOT fight as AMATEURS on this Fight
Card.
- NEWLY REGISTERED FIGHTERS - NOT PAID &
REGISTERED BY 5:PM DEADLINE
- All Fighters who are not registered with the ISCF
PRIOR to the 5:PM Deadline will be considered a LATE REGISTERED
FIGHTER.
- Registration fee for these fighters is $40.00!
- This fee must be paid by 12 NOON, the day of the event to the ISCF Event Representative IN CASH or these
fighters will NOT be allowed to fight.
- FIGHT CARD CHANGES AFTER 5:PM DEADLINE
- ONLY ALREADY REGISTERED ISCF
FIGHTER'S MAY BE ADDED TO A FIGHT CARD AFTER THE 5:00 PM DEADLINE!
- HOWEVER, if the ISCF Representative has no access to the internet
and cannot check the fighters "CURRENT" status, as an ISCF Registered fighter and to assure he/she has not
fought as a PRO Fighter since their registration, the ISCF
Event Representative WILL deny any and all late addition fighters.
